We built a pipeline that uses AI to speed up every stage of custom 3D mascot production: from the first concept to the final model, work that used to take weeks of manual digital sculpting now moves through AI-assisted concept art, 3D modeling, and rendering in a fraction of the time, without losing the level of detail a brand needs to stand out at an event.
The result goes beyond the physical piece. We built a 3D viewing environment accessible from a touch-screen totem, where guests can explore the mascot from every angle before it is even printed, and we finish with an animation ready for screens and activations at the event itself. The piece, the experience, and the merchandise, delivered together, add real value to the client's brand.
