1. Who we are

Ivexa Labs ("we", "us", "our") is the controller of the personal data collected through ivexalabs.com. For any privacy question, write to hello@ivexalabs.com.

2. What data we collect

We collect data in three different situations:

• Contact form: name, email, company and the message you write, when you choose to reach out to us.
• Live chat: if you start a conversation through the chat widget, we keep the content of that conversation and your email address if you provide one.
• Browsing and analytics: technical data such as device type, browser, pages visited and time on site, collected only if you consent to analytics cookies.

3. What we use your data for

• Responding to your messages and managing the business relationship (legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, or legitimate interest in handling your request).
• Understanding how the site is used and improving it (legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner).
• Complying with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Cookies we use

We use a consent banner that lets you accept or reject each cookie category independently, before it is activated. You can change your choice at any time using the button at the end of this page.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with providers that help us run the site, under data processing agreements:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, bot protection (Turnstile) and content delivery.
• Google Ireland Ltd.: web analytics (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent.
• Transactional email provider: to receive and reply to contact form messages.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers process data on servers outside your country, including the United States. In those cases we rely on the safeguards these providers offer (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure an adequate level of protection.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep contact form and chat data for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterward, only for as long as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve potential disputes. Analytics data is kept as described in the cookie table.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and LGPD, you have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process data about you and access it.
• Correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data once it is no longer needed.
• Request portability of your data to another provider.
• Object to processing or request that it be restricted.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.

9. Children

This site is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encrypted connections, providers with recognized security certifications) to protect your data from unauthorized access.
